The de Rambures twins and Terry working together on their Ancient Runes project! In a strange room that was most definitely decorated by Hufflepuffs!

"The original pendant was made by Halvard the Haggard, a 6th century's wizard, from a natural amber stone that enclosed a perfectly conserved black dragonfly. He charmed the dragonfly to disintegrate and then reassemble in the shape of a message written in runes if the need arose. The message was a passcode that had to be read out loud in order to open the chest that contained his life work on alchemy. He intended to pass down both the pendant and the chest to his descendants. Unfortunately the chest was destroyed by a fire when one of his experiments backfired.

"Our replica is made of red carnelian. The runic message is written on one of the two cut open stone halves in ink, which were fitted together by a metal frame. Like the original, our replica can be worn as a pendant.

"With the Illegibilus Charm the message can be hidden. To reverse the effect we use the Aparecium Charm. As you can see, the passcode was Halvard's most famous aphorism: 'Half the Halvard is half the happiness'."
